S	Sarah Holloubek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eigentlich wäre es ein halber Stern. Ich sag schon das die Kellnerin ziemlich gestresst und entnervt war, dachte mir nichts, da es ein sehr schwieriger job ist. Theke war fast nur mit 50% sachen gefüllt. Dann habe ich die mehlspeisen selbst hinaus getragen (freiwillig) war selbst Gastro und dachte ich könnte etwas zur besseren laune beitragen. Nein. Wir sagen draußen, sie stellte wortlos die Kaffees hin und schaute meinen Vater an, der meinte viertel Soda. Sie ging. Wortlos. Gekommen, Sofa wortlos hingestellt gegangen. Soda war nur 3/4 gefüllt. Ob wir was bräuchten, wie Aschenbecher oder der luxus wie Wasser fürn hund ging sie erst gar nicht ein. Zum ersten mal kein trinkgeld gegeben, sonst immer mehr als üblich. Sie kam, nachdem wir sagten zahlen bitte sie kam. Nahm zornig das Geld vom tisch und ging wortlos. Ach ja, mein Tortenstück um 2.89 !! War furz trocken. Null sterne. Da der kaffee gut war ein Stern.... Nie wieder. Lernt bitte was daraus und so kriegen kellner eben kein trinkgeld . Selber schuld . It would actually be half a star. Then I carried the pastries out myself (voluntarily) I was a gastro myself and thought I could contribute to a better mood. No. We say outside, she silently put the coffees down and looked at my father, who meant a quarter of soda. She went. Without a word. Come, sofa gone without saying a word. Soda was only 3/4 full. Whether we needed something, like an ashtray or the luxury like water for a dog, she didn't even get involved. No tip for the first time, otherwise always more than usual. She came after we said pay please she came. Angrily took the money off the table and left without a word. Oh yes, my piece of cake at 2.89 !! Was fart dry. Zero stars. Since the coffee was good a star .... Never again. Please learn something from it and so waiters won't get any tips. Themselves to blame .
M	Michael Stern on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Auch wenn das Ambiente - ein Kaffee mitten am Einkaufszentrum in der Sonne - ganz nett ist, war der Besuch unterer Standard. Die Bedienung war lustlos, gelangweilt. Hat kein Wort gewechselt. Aus der Bestellung "Cappuccino mit Schlag" wurde ein Cappuccino ohne Schlag, eh klar. Habe aber noch extra nachgefragt ob sie Schlag hätten, und das wurde bejaht. Und dann haben sie wohl vergessen, nicht verstanden oder was auch immer. Ein bisserl Motivation für die Angestellten wäre nicht schlecht - es ist ja nicht so als wenn ich den Kaffee bei Ihnen trinken MUSS. König Kunde? Hier fühlt man sich eher als ein Bittsteller, dem man auch irgendwann einmal gnadenweise einen Kaffee bringt. Der Kaffee war im übrigen wassrig und geschmackslos. Oben drauf ein dünner Milchschaum, so starr gerührt dass man mit dem bauen könnte. Würde / werde nicht wieder kommen. Klagenfurt hat viel bessere Plätzchen wo man sich treffen kann. Even if the ambience - a coffee in the middle of the shopping center in the sun - is quite nice, the visit was lower standard. The waitress was listless, bored. Didn't say a word. The order "Cappuccino with a flap" became a cappuccino without a flap, anyway. But I asked extra if they had a blow, and that was affirmed. And then they probably forgot, didn't understand or whatever. A little motivation for the employees would not be bad - it's not like I have to have coffee with you. King customer? Here you feel more like a supplicant, whom you will gracefully bring coffee to at some point. The coffee was otherwise watery and tasteless. On top of it a thin milk foam, so stiffly stirred that you could build with it. Wouldn't come again. Klagenfurt has much better places to meet.
