Doch leider blieb ein Angebot aus,...
4 mal telefonisch nachgefragt,... nach 6 Wochen warten auf ein Angebot haben wir uns nun für einen anderen Steinmetz entschieden.
Ich versteh solche Firmen einfach nicht,.. warum kann man nicht einfach sagen, dass man zu hoch ausgelastet ist. Wäre ja nichts schlechtes. Aber auch als Kunde muss man sich Zeit für einen Termin nehmen, bespricht 100 Sachen durch & dann kommt nichts mehr, schade um jede Minute/Stunde die man gerade als Häuslbauer benötigt

But unfortunately there was no offer ...
Asked 4 times by phone, ... after waiting 6 weeks for an offer, we have now decided on a different stonemason.
I just don't understand companies like that ... why can't you just say that your workload is too high. Wouldn't be a bad thing. But even as a customer you have to take time for an appointment, discuss 100 things & then nothing more, it's a shame about every minute / hour that you need as a house builder

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Standort: Sehr freundlich, für alle Fragen offen auch wenn man öfter die selbe Frage hat bei einen anderen Stein.
Montage: Team sehr eingespielt, legen Bodenschutz sogar auf und Kleben empfindliche Teile ab ohne etwas zu sagen. Sehr freundlich und Arbeiten sehr sauber.
Immer wieder gerne. Nur zum Empfehlen.
Location: Very friendly, open to all questions, even if you often have the same question about a different stone.
Assembly: Team very well-rehearsed, even putting on floor protection and gluing sensitive parts off without saying anything. Very friendly and work very clean.
Always my pleasure. Recommendable only.

Large selection of stones available in yard and what they don't have, they'll find. In-house equipment means it truly is a one-stop-shop. Highly recommended. A family business doing high quality work.
