★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vor 4 oder 5 Jahren einen Weg rundum das Haus legen lassen, nur oh wie durch ein Wunder hat man die Außenseite über dem Rasen verlegt, so dass nach der Gewährleistung der halbe Weg auseinandergebrochen ist.
Naja ok.. dann etliche Thermine zur Reparatur ausgemacht und die Firma ist nie ohne auch nur ein Wort erschienen.
Fazit: Kundenungang ist in der Hinsicht mit Erscheinung beim Kunden mehr als unreflekvoll. Und meiner Ansicht nach hätte man den Boden (auch anderen Fachleuten nach) nie so verlegen dürfen. (Pfusch)

Well ok .. then agreed on several Thermines for repairs and the company never showed up without a word.
Conclusion: In terms of customer appearance, customer failure is more than unreflective. And in my opinion, the floor should never have been laid like this (according to other experts too). (Botch)
