Er schmeckt viel besser als alle anderen Honige, irgendwie mehr nach Waben und intensiver, der Zucker ist nicht so im Vordergrund. Wenn Sie den mal gegessen haben, wollen Sie keinen anderen Honig mehr, zumindest wars bei mir so. This honey is the only one I've ever eaten that doesn't sting my throat. It tastes much better than any other honey, somehow more like honeycomb and more intense, the sugar is not so in the foreground. Once you've eaten that, you won't want any other honey, at least that's how it was for me.

Was wir nicht selbst genießen, verschenken wir gerne- immer mit dem Hinweis auf Bio und den Naturwabenbau. A really fine, tasty honey - the 2021 harvest, in our opinion, with a note of forest, moss and nuts. What we don't enjoy ourselves, we like to give away - always with reference to organic and natural honeycomb construction.
