The staff tried hard at the beginning but unfortunately the service got worse over time and I'm really glad that we now have a NEW HOUSE MANAGEMENT!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir wohnen jetzt schon über ein Jahr in der Wohnung und haben jetzt den zweiten Winter Probleme mit der Heizung.. Oft ist es tagelang eiskalt und unsere Wände kühlen dermaßen aus und trotzdem fühlt sich keiner zuständig..
Am Telefon wird man nur vertröstet und die Damen am Telefon halten einen für dumm ...
We live now for over a year in the apartment and now have the second winter problems with the heating .. Often it is cold for days and our walls cool so much and yet no one feels responsible.
On the phone you are only comforted and the ladies on the phone think you are stupid ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es ist eine unglaubliche Frechheit wie man als Mieter behandelt wird! Es werden falsche Unterstellungen von nicht fachkundigem Personal zu Schimmel Aufgrund von "Heizen und Lüften" gemacht, obwohl eine Bauliche Ursache bereits Jahre zuvor von einer Firma bestätigt wurde. Erneute Feuchtigkeitsmessungen bestätigten wieder die bauliche Ursache. Also kann man schlicht und einfach sagen, dass hier bewusst eine falsche Behauptung getätigt wurde um dem Mieter die Schuld in die Schuhe zu schieben. Unglaublich was sich die STIWOG hier erlaubt.
It is an unbelievable cheek how you are treated as a tenant! Incorrect assumptions are made by non-skilled personnel about mold due to "heating and ventilation", although a structural cause was confirmed years earlier by a company. Renewed moisture measurements confirmed the structural cause. So you can quite simply say that a false claim was deliberately made here in order to blame the tenant. It's unbelievable what STIWOG is doing here.
