Nach der Beantragung dauerte die Bearbeitung des Formulares über 3 Monate ? reinstes Chaos gut das ich das nur 1mal machen musste Reaching someone is an art, but getting advice is impossible. After the application, the processing of the form took over 3 months ? pure chaos good that I only had to do this once

Sehr ärgerlich ist, dass mir nach 2 Wochen gesagt würde, es würden noch Unterlagen fehlen. Nach weiteren 4 Wochen wurde ich nochmal gebeten Unterlagen nachzureichen. Auf meine Anfrage hin, ob nicht gleich beim Einreichen des Antrages überprüft werden könnte, ob alles da ist, hieß es: “Nein, das würde nicht gehen, weil jede Information einzeln geprüft werden muss.” Ich kann das bei einem elektrischen Antrag zwar nicht nachvollziehen, aber ok. Nun nach 7 Wochen warte ich immer noch auf meinen Bescheid. Freundlichkeit hilft nichts, wenn die Grundeinstellung zu Ziel orientierten Arbeiten fehlt. Schade! Very helpful and friendly! Unfortunately, the processing time is unimaginably long! It is very annoying that I would be told after 2 weeks, it would still lack documents. After another 4 weeks I was again asked to submit documents. At my request, whether it could not immediately be checked when submitting the application, if everything is there, it was said: "No, that would not work, because each piece of information must be examined individually." I can not do that in an electrical application understand, but ok. Now after 7 weeks I'm still waiting for my decision. Friendliness does not help if the basic attitude towards goal-oriented work is missing. Pity!

Hatte selten so eine überaus freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiterin der Stipendienstelle am Telefon! Nochmals vielen herzlichen Dank! I sent a request by email and an employee called me directly and really helped me a lot with my request. Seldom had such an extremely friendly and helpful employee of the scholarship office on the phone! Thank you very much again!

Antrag immer nur ‚in Bearbeitung‘ , 4 Monate keine Rückmeldung, Berechnung auf Grundlage an den Haaren herbeigezogener Daten, die offensichtlich und klar rückverfolgbar nicht stimmen. Neubearbeitung natürlich wieder sehr zeitaufwendig... kein Problem, Student kann ja von Luft und Liebe leben... Unfortunately, quite unfriendly, incompetent and unreliable. Application always only 'in progress', 4 months no feedback, calculation based on data drawn from the hair, which is obviously not clearly and clearly traceable. Editing of course again very time consuming ... no problem, student can live on air and love ...
S	Sabine Kramer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich kann über die Stipendienstelle nichts Schlechtes berichten. Meiner Erfahrung nach sind die Mitarbeiter entgegenkommend und sehr freundlich. Anträge werden meist rasch bearbeitet. Bei E-Mail Benachrichtungen dauert es oft ein paar Tage bis man eine Antwort erhält. Wenn man dringend eine Info braucht dann fragt man halt nochmal freundlich nach oder ruft an aber es ist auch davon auszugehen, dass man selbst nicht der Einzige ist der dort hin schreibt und dessen Angelegenheiten zu bearbeiten sind. I cannot report anything bad about the scholarship office. In my experience, the staff are accommodating and very friendly. Applications are usually processed quickly. Email notifications often take a few days to get a response. If you urgently need information then just ask again or call, but it can also be assumed that you are not the only one who writes there and whose matters have to be dealt with.
D	Darcet Snoop on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seit Mitte September plage ich mich schon damit, obwohl denen mein finanzieller Stand bewusst ist. Krieg immer erst nach mindestens einem Monat eine Rückmeldung und habe seit anfang Dezember keine mehr bekommen obwohl ich mehrere Mails geschickt habe. Sie wollen einen Einkommenssteuerbescheid von meinem Vater mit dem ich seit Jahren keinen Kontakt mehr habe und versuchen es jetzt Amtswegig, obwohl ich denen gesagt habe das der mir das nicht machen würde und auch nicht macht so wie es scheint. Muss wie es aussieht wohl mein Studium abbrechen wenn dies so weiter geht. Hab meinen Bausparvertrag bereits aufgelöst und lebe seither von meinen Ersparnissen. Echt schade das mein Studium an einer Behörde scheitern wird. I've been struggling with it since mid-September, even though they are aware of my financial status. Always got a response after at least a month and haven't received one since the beginning of December, although I have sent several emails. They want an income tax assessment from my father, with whom I have had no contact for years, and are now trying to do it officially, although I have told them that he would not do that to me and would not do it as it seems. It looks like I will have to quit my studies if this continues. I have already terminated my home loan and savings contract and have been living on my savings ever since. It's a shame that my studies will fail at an authority.

Die Dame, die mir bei der Bearbeitung meines Antragsformulares geholfen hat, war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Meine Emails wurden spätestens nach einer Woche beantwortet und die telefonische Beratung war hervorragend, da ich auch immer sofort zurückgerufen wurde, wenn sich niemand meldete. Vielen Dank für eure Hilfe!!! I am very pleasantly surprised! After reading the many negative reviews I wasn't expecting too much to be honest. The lady who helped me with the processing of my application form was very accommodating and helpful. My emails were answered after a week at the latest and the advice over the phone was excellent, as I was always called back immediately if no one answered. Many thanks for your help!!!
