★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a sacred and peaceful little chapel. It is located in a small town, Oberndorf, Austria that is probably best known as the location of the first singing of Silent Night, a hymn that is now known to billions of people in nearly every language. We were there on the 200th anniversary of Silent Night. It is an hour and a half from Munich and is will worth the time to visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Must see around Christmas.. Take some time in the Chapel, close your eyes and play Stille Nacht in your head. Then visit the museum and listen to it again. :) it's a song that managed to interrupt wars.
