★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Stiftskirche am Waldhausener Schlossberg ist die frühbarocke Kirche des ehemaligen Augustiner Chorherrenstifts Waldhausen, welches 1792 aufgehoben wurde. Das Stift wurde teilweise abgerissen, die großartige Kirche jedoch blieb erhalten.
Großartig sind die Stuckarbeiten im Innenraum, welche von Giovanni Battista Colomba angefertigt wurden.
Sehr schön auch die Orgel, welche 1803 von dem Orgelbauer Rumel dem Jüngeren erbaut wurde.
 The collegiate church on the Waldhausener Schlossberg is the early Baroque church of the former Augustinian canons of Waldhausen, which was abolished in 1792. The monastery was partially demolished, but the magnificent church was preserved.
The stucco work in the interior, which was made by Giovanni Battista Colomba, is great.
The organ, which was built in 1803 by the organ builder Rumel the Younger, is also very beautiful.

Very beautiful church of the former monastery of the Augustinian Canons. Around December 8th, a very atmospheric Advent market takes place on the area between the church and the remains of the former monastery complex.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The church of the former monastery Waldhausen doesn't have an exciting exterior but the interior is all the more awesome. Beautifully maintained, the nave flourishes with chapels between the wall pillars and a ceiling where rich stucco frames fields depicting the salvific history. Interesting is a small frescoes showing the (then) recent naval battle of Lepanto. Worth a visit - it is less than 10 km from the Danube.
