M	Monika Böhm on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nach mittlerweile bereits ein paar Besuchen des Restaurants im Stieglgut Wildshut ist es längst an der Zeit, diese wunderbare Erfahrung zu teilen. Obwohl etwas abgelegen, lohnt sich die Anfahrt zu dem beschaulichen Biergut. Schon bei der äußerst herzlichen Begrüßung im Restaurant fühlt man sich jedesmal sehr willkommen und taucht sogleich in die wohlig entspannte Atmosphäre dieses Ortes ein. Das Lokal besticht mit rustikaler Eleganz, einer hervorragenden Küche und einem außergewöhnlich freundlichen wie auch kompetenten Service, bei dem keine Wünsche offen bleiben. Die ansprechende Auswahl an regionalen Speisen machen die Entscheidung durchaus nicht leicht. Daher ist meine Empfehlung - am Besten immer wieder kommen, um sich keinen der kulinarischen Genüsse entgehen zu lassen… Wir freuen uns schon auf‘s nächste Mal! After a few visits to the restaurant in the Stieglgut Wildshut, it is high time to share this wonderful experience. Although a bit out of the way, the journey to the tranquil beer estate is worthwhile. As soon as you are greeted warmly in the restaurant, you always feel very welcome and immediately immerse yourself in the pleasantly relaxed atmosphere of this place. The restaurant impresses with its rustic elegance, excellent cuisine and exceptionally friendly and competent service, which leaves nothing to be desired. The appealing selection of regional dishes makes the decision by no means easy. So my recommendation is - it's best to keep coming back so that you don't miss out on any of the culinary delights... We're looking forward to next time!

Vorspeise in Form von 3 Aufstrichen gehörte anscheinend zum Standart - kam ohne Bestellung.....Bierverkostungsbrett 3 Sorten a'0,1L eine nette Idee ....Tatar mir Gin und einem pochiertem Ei - war uns in dieser Form neu und gut. Abzüglich einen Punkt für die Brotbegleitung in der Größe einer Semmel STEINHART. We 3 had a nice interesting time in the restaurant. Appetizer in the form of 3 spreads was apparently part of the standard - came without an order... beer tasting board 3 types a'0.1L a nice idea... Tartare with gin and a poached egg - was new and good to us in this form . Less one point for the bread accompaniment the size of a roll STEINHART.

Kommen gerne wieder! Klare Empfehlung! Very nicely located Stiegl Gut, with a very dignified restaurant with a strong organic content and an almost self-sufficient principle and a great tour through the brewery and perfect communication of the ideas behind the estate! We'd love to come back! Clear recommendation!

Und zu guter letzt das Essen ist einfach sehr lecker,? Was breakfast, I was overwhelmed by the beautiful property. The waiter and the other staff are very nice. Atmosphere inside just great. And last but not least, the food is simply delicious,?

Ein Gericht besser als das andere! Auch das Service war richtig aufmerksam, humorvoll und sympathisch. Wir freuen uns darauf, bald mal wieder vorbeizuschauen. Yesterday we enjoyed an incredibly sophisticated, creative, down-to-earth and perfect menu including accompanying wines. One dish better than the other! The service was also really attentive, humorous and personable. We look forward to visiting again soon.

I really enjoyed the beer “Sommerliebe”. Next time I will be back with my friends from Milano. I highly recommend it to anyone!!!

They grow their own grains, malt it, grow hops,brew beer,not to mention ancient technique of maturing the beer in kvevri. The only one fully wooden brewery in Austria. Just go and enjoy. Don't expect your standard brewpud food, by the way. Everything served is a gastronomic experience and a journey.
