Damit eine Kachel an unserem neuen Kachelofen (der Kachelofen wurde von Steuer-Ofenbau gebaut) die sich gelöst hat geflickt wird. Sind enorm enttäuscht, wir fühlen uns als Kunden sehr schlecht behandelt !

So that a tile on our new tiled stove (the tiled stove was built by Steuer-Ofenbau) that has come loose can be patched. Are enormously disappointed, we feel treated very badly as customers!
