I can only agree, this broker is definitely not recommended. Either it all takes forever or there is no response at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Telefonisch kaum erreichbar! Zum vereinbarten Besichtigungstermin ist 30 Minuten später noch immer niemand erschienen und telefonisch konnten wir niemanden erreichen... absolut nicht empfehlenswert!!!
Hardly reachable by phone! At the agreed viewing date, 30 minutes later, nobody was still there and we could not reach anyone by phone ... absolutely not recommended!

Makler ist weder am Handy noch am Firmenfestnetz erreichbar. Nach mehrmaligen Kontaktversuchen war es nach einer Woche endlich möglich einen Besichtigungstermin auszumachen. Zum vereinbarten Termin ist niemand erschienen. Auf Anrufe wurde nicht reagiert. Absolut unseriös. Nicht zu empfehlen.
Catastrophe.
Broker cannot be reached on the mobile phone or on the company landline network. After several attempts to contact us, it was finally possible to arrange a viewing appointment after a week. Nobody showed up on the agreed date. Calls were not answered. Absolutely dubious. Not recommendable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich verstehe die Aufregung nicht?!! Bei mir hat's im Wesentlichen gut geklappt! Ich hab 2x anrufen müssen, aber dann ging es. Die scheinen viel Arbeit zu haben. Beim Besichtigen keine Probleme. Wir hatten zeitlichen Druck wegen Umzug, da sind sie uns entgegen gekommen und wir durften paar Tage vorher rein. Wir haben gleich die erste Wohnung genommen! Klagenfurt ist eine kleine aber feine Stadt! LG Edi
I do not understand the trouble?!! For me, it essentially worked out fine! I had to call twice, but then it worked. They seem to have a lot of work to do. No problems when viewing. We had time pressure because of moving, so they met us and we were allowed in a few days beforehand. We took the first apartment straight away! Klagenfurt is a small but fine city! LG Edi
