Gleichzeitig sollte eine sanfte Modernisierung stattfinden. also kein Riesenauftrag aber doch 6-stellig. Obwohl der Erstkontakt und Erstbesichtigung Anfang November 18 stattfanden, wurden wir mit dem zugesagten Kostenvoranschlag immer wieder vertröstet. Man hätte so viele Projekte.... Da wir aber aus NÖ kommen und für die Arbeiten einen Generalunternehmer suchten, war das wohl für die Firma Sternbau nicht mehr interessant. Angebote einholen bei anderen Firmen,. das macht wohl zu viel Arbeit, obwohl wir schon zahlreiche KVs beigestellt hatten, die wir ja benötigt hatten für das Gerichtsverfahren. Also ging das bis März hin und her bis man uns dann abrupt absagte. Wenn man die Branche kennt, so weiß man, dass es da schon schwer wird, Firmen für das laufende Jahr für solche Aufträge zu finden. War das der Grund für die lange Verzögerung? Soll auch kein Mitbewerber den Auftrag bekommen, den man selber ohnehin nicht möchte? Das kann man sich wohl nur als Platzhirsch erlauben. Schlechter Stil ist das allemal und kein Grund für eine Weiterempfehlung. Daher Null Sterne- da man aber offenbar einen Stern mindestens geben muss, mache ich das eben ohne Überzeugung. Get quotes from other companies. that is probably too much work, although we had already provided numerous KVs, which we had indeed needed for the lawsuit. So that went back to March until we were abruptly canceled. If you know the industry, you know that it will be difficult to find companies for the current year for such jobs. Was that the reason for the long delay? Should not a competitor get the job that you do not want anyway anyway? You can only afford that as a top dog. Bad style is that and no reason for a recommendation. Therefore, zero stars - but since you have to give a star at least apparently, I do that just without conviction.
