★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife had goulash with dumplings which was wonderful and I had fried calf brain with parsely potatoes. The brain itself was great, well done and tasty. But the potatoes were not warn enough and it felt like they were made a long while ago. We also ordered a dessert - sour cream souffle with warm jam which was wonderful.
