Alles ist super abgestimmt, egal ob die Länge und Intensität der Einheiten oder die Reihenfolge der Übungen! Absolut empfehlenswert!
I have been attending Stefi's courses since the beginning of the year and I really look forward to it every week. She compiles the workouts with great care and a high level of expertise! Everything is perfectly coordinated, no matter whether the length and intensity of the units or the order of the exercises! Highly Recommended!
