Man kann die Ölpresse bei der Arbeit durch eine Glasscheibe sehen Super Service mit den personalisierten Etiketten für die Kürbiskernflaschen. Die Damen waren sehr bemüht. Wenn man in die Gegend von Woltersdorf/St.Ruprecht kommt, so sollte mein einen Besuch hier unbedingt einplanen Very friendly staff .... just an experience to enter this shop. The smell is a reason to buy here. You can see the oil press at work through a glass pane Great service with the personalized labels for the pumpkin seed bottles. The ladies tried very hard. If you come to the Woltersdorf / St.Ruprecht area, you should definitely plan a visit here

Man wird komplett durch das Firmenareal geführt und alles wird einen erklärt wie die Kürbise angebaut werden wie sie verarbeitet werden was mit den Fruchtfleisch passiert wie die Kerne bearbeitet werden sehr interessant Natürlich zum Ende hin eine Verkostprobe des schwarzen Goldes Fazit:für grössere Gruppen ab 15 Leute sehr sehenswert die Kernothek läd zum shoppen ein mit vielen Leckereinen alla Kürbiskerne Interesting journey into the world of black gold from Styria! Während dieser Zeit habe ich viele Mühlen besichtigt und natürlich auch Öle kennengelernt. Dieses Öl fanden wir einmal im Urlaub in Gasteiner Tal am Salatbuffet. Immer wenn wir in der Nähe (Wien ;-)) sind fahren wir persönlich vorbei, sonst wird's bestellt!! When I discovered pumpkin seed oil in Austria a good 25 years ago, it never left me! During this time I visited many mills and of course also got to know oils. We found this oil once on holiday in the Gastein Valley at the salad bar. Whenever we are in the vicinity (Vienna ;-)) we drive by personally, otherwise it is ordered!!
