Nach meiner Bestellung erhielt ich die Sendung für eine andere Kundin.
So etwas kann passieren - und ich habe diese zurückgesendet.
Die Versandkosten sind mir jedoch trotz Zusage bis heute nicht erstattet worden.
Dafür habe ich aber eine "Racherezension" in Google Maps erhalten, obwohl Hannes N. kein Kunde ist.
Diese Firma ist für mich absolut unseriös.
The oil is great! But an order to Germany is not recommended.
After placing my order, I received the shipment for another customer.
Such a thing can happen - and I have sent this back.
The shipping costs have not been reimbursed to this day, despite my confirmation.
But I got a "revenge review" in Google Maps, even though Hannes N. is not a customer.
For me, this company is absolutely dubious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Herr Hausberg hat mir den falschen IBAN zugeschickt, somit konnte ich die Portokosten erst nach Prüfung durch meiner Bank natürlich ersetzen.
Mr. Hausberg sent me the wrong IBAN, so of course I was only able to reimburse the postage costs after my bank had checked it.
