★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ja, man hat das Auto vom ÖAMTC an einem Samstag außerhalb der Öffnungszeiten übernommen. Das war aber auch das einzig Positive.
Es wurde ein Teil getauscht welches nicht defekt war und Einwände wurden mit "Das passt scho" abgetan.
Auf meine E-Mail bzgl des intakten ausgetauschten Teils, gab es nicht mal mehr eine Antwort. Schade.
Wären die Jungs nicht so nett, wären es keine zwei Sterne geworden.
Yes, you picked up the car from the ÖAMTC on a Saturday outside of opening hours. But that was the only positive thing.
A part was exchanged which was not defective and objections were dismissed with "That fits."
There was not even an answer to my email regarding the intact replaced part. Too bad.
If the boys weren't so nice, it wouldn't have been two stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Danke, an die Werkstatt! Bei einer meiner Ausfahrten musste ich halten wegen Ölverlust. Dachte noch... das dauert sicher und kostet viel... doch ich wurde positiv überrascht! Mein Problem wurde schnell gelöst und konnte meine Fahrt schnell wieder fortsetzen! Es wurde mir nicht mal etwas verrechnet, Danke an die Firma Steineck
Thanks to the workshop! On one of my trips I had to stop because of oil loss. I was still thinking ... it will take a long time and it costs a lot ... but I was pleasantly surprised! My problem was resolved quickly and was able to get back on my journey quickly! I wasn't even charged for anything, thanks to the Steineck company
