★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir standen 1 1/2 Stunden an, da die Warteschlange nicht geregelt ist. Beim Jacken abgeben auch noch locker 10 Minuten. Das Personal ist unfreundlich und überfordert. Am Schluss hat man uns eine Jacke zu wenig zurück gegeben. Der laden ist so voll, dass man nicht gehen kann und Schweiß tropft von der Decke.
We queued for 1 1/2 hours as the queue is not regulated. When you drop off your jackets, you can also easily hand in 10 minutes. The staff is unfriendly and overwhelmed. In the end they gave us back one jacket too few. The store is so crowded you can't walk and sweat is dripping from the ceiling.
