Und unfreundlich noch dazu. Schade waren gern bei euch.. Müssen aber nicht.. Ford Schmidt verdient das Geld auch gerne.. Somit danke für nichts.. Disappointing despite good experiences in the past. Very incompetent when programming control units. Price absolutely not justified. And unfriendly at that. Too bad we liked to stay with you.. But don't have to.. Ford Schmidt also likes to earn the money.. So thanks for nothing..

Habe einen V6 Sprinter bestellt, wurde immer über den aktuellen Stand informiert, trotz Lieferschwierigkeiten seitens Mercedes. Auch unsere C-Klasse ist in besten Händen. Perfekt!! Workshop and sales are simply TOP. I ordered a V6 Sprinter and was always informed about the current status, despite delivery problems on the part of Mercedes. Our C-Class is also in the best of hands. Perfect!!

Uns wurde obwohl nur auf der Durchreise ohne Terminvereinbarung geholfen. Das Fahrzeug wurde gründlich gecheckt und der Fehler diagnostiziert. Eine Weiterfahrt war danach möglich. Als Arbeitsleistung für die gut 1stündige Arbeit wurde uns ein Nachlass von 30 % auf den normalen Tarif gewährt, da keine Reparatur sondern nur eine Diagnose erbracht wurde. Das nenne ich kundenorientierten Service.... Alle Achtung. Very friendly, helpful and competent employees. A visit to the workshop was announced due to an error message in the display of our MB. We were helped even though we were only passing through without making an appointment. The vehicle has been thoroughly checked and the fault diagnosed. It was then possible to continue driving. As work for the 1 hour long work we were granted a discount of 30% on the normal tariff, since no repairs but only a diagnosis was provided. That's what I call customer-oriented service ... all respect.
