Ein Kunde weniger. If, as a local regular customer of this business, you can not even reserve a pair of shoes for two days and then buy them 99%, then such a shop need not be surprised if in the future you go elsewhere or buy online! One less customer.

Bei der Rückgabe war der Inhaber nicht wirklich bereit ihn zurück zunehmen! Und ich fühlte mich sehr unerwünscht und nicht wirklich willkommen. 2 Wochen ca war der Schuh angeblich beim Hersteller! Heut hab ich ihn wiederbekommen und nichts hat sich geändert! Wollte ihn eigentlich zurückgeben und einen anderen Schuh kaufen! Jetzt hat sich das Geschäft für mich erledigt und ich kaufe in Zukunft nicht mehr dort ein! I bought an expensive shoe there after wearing it once it was wet even though the shop assistant said it was water repellent. Upon return, the owner was not really ready to take it back! And I felt very undesirable and not really welcome. The shoe was supposed to be from the manufacturer for about 2 weeks! I got it back today and nothing has changed! Wanted to give it back and buy another shoe! Now the business is done for me and I will no longer shop there in the future!

Dann nachdem ich ihn nur einmal getragen habe, habe ich mir die Verse komplett blutig gelaufen. Ich habe den Schuh wieder in das Geschäft gebracht, aber dort zeigt man sich gar nicht Kundenfreundlich. Man will den Schuh nicht zurücknehmen. Man soll sich also immer wieder die Verse blutig laufen. Man kann nur raten, hier nicht einzukaufen. Kundenfreundlichkeit und Service kennt man hier gar nicht. So etwas ist mir noch nie passiert. Nie wieder Schuhgeschäft Steinacher in Zell am See. I was in this shoe store and bought an expensive shoe there. Then, after wearing it only once, I ran the verses completely bloody. I put the shoe back in the shop, but there you do not show up at all. You do not want to take the shoe back. So one should always run the verses bloody. One can only advise not to shop here. Customer friendliness and service are not known here. This has never happened to me. Never again shoe store Steinacher in Zell am See.
