Wir hatten ursprünglich eine Renovierungsfirma engagiert die leider in allen Bereichen unfähig war, somit haben wir den Auftrag für das Fliesenlegen noch rechtzeitig entzogen. Wir benötigten nun in Windeseile eine Firma die uns aus der Patsche hilft. Nach über 20 Telefonaten meiner Frau war Stein und Keramik die einzige Firma die sich einverstanden erklärten uns rasch zu helfen um unser Bad für die Komplettierung des Installateurs fertig zu stellen. Der Chef persönlich kam um die Baustelle zu besichtigen. Am gleichen Tag bekamen wir eine ungefähre, realistische Kostenabschätzung und ein paar Tage später das detaillierte Angebot. Eine Woche später stand schon der Fliesenleger (besser gesagt der Fliesenprofi) vor der Türe. Akribisch wurden alle Fehler der Vorgängerfirma ausgebessert, die Untergründe perfekt vorbereitet und die rektifizierten Fliesen fachmännisch und routiniert millimetergenau angebracht. Auch die Aufteilung der Fliesen auf den Raum um kleine Fliesenecken usw. zu vermeiden ist einfach durchdacht und perfekt. Die Mitarbeiter sind wirklich sehr freundlich und ECHTE Profis. Die Baustelle musste de facto nicht überwacht oder kontrolliert werden, alle arbeiten perfekt, selbstständig und achten auf die Ausstattung im Haus und auf die Nachbarn (Parkplätze usw.) Rundum sorglos Paket zu einem fairen Preis. Somit freuen wir uns auf die heutige Fertigstellung und unser Traumbad. Alles Gute, vielen Dank für die rasche Hilfe und liebe Grüße von Fam. Schwaiger p.s.: nächstes Jahr nehmen wir die Terrasse in Angriff, da kommen wir sicher wieder ins Geschäft ;-) Knight in shining armor! We originally hired a renovation company that was unfortunately unable to do anything in all areas, so we withdrew the order for tiling in good time. We now needed a company in no time to bail us out. After more than 20 phone calls from my wife, Stein und Keramik was the only company that agreed to help us quickly to complete our bathroom for the plumber to complete. The boss himself came to visit the construction site. On the same day we received an approximate, realistic cost estimate and a few days later the detailed offer. A week later the tiler (or better said the tiling professional) was at the door. All errors made by the predecessor company were meticulously corrected, the substrates perfectly prepared and the rectified tiles professionally and routinely applied with millimeter precision. The division of the tiles in the room to avoid small tile corners etc. is simply thought out and perfect. The staff are really very friendly and REAL professionals. De facto, the construction site did not have to be monitored or controlled, everyone works perfectly, independently and takes care of the equipment in the house and of the neighbors (parking spaces, etc.) All-round carefree package at a fair price. So we look forward to today's completion and our dream bathroom. Beratung, Preis und Ausführung der Boden und Wandfliesen sind TOP und wir sind sehr zufrieden. Die Handwerker sind freundlich und fleißig. Wir würden den Betrieb auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen und haben auch schon gemeinsam das nächste Projekt ins Auge gefasst! :-) We have renovated our entrance area and our bathroom with stone & ceramic solutions. Advice, price and execution of the floor and wall tiles are TOP and we are very satisfied. The craftsmen are friendly and hardworking.
