Kurz gesagt mir wurden super Versprechungen gemacht die im Endeffekt nicht eingehalten wurden. Von einer Bank lass ich mir bestimmt nicht ins Gesicht lügen, hab sofort darauf zur ING gewechselt. Es wurde nie auf meine Nachrichten im Online Banking geantwortet und auch telefonisch war die Beraterin immer schwer zu erreichen. Aber hauptsächlich alles mögliche andrehen wollen. Und selbst bei den enormen Kontoführungsgebühren wollen sie die gesamte Arbeit auf einen abwälzen und immer mehr Filialen schließen noch dazu. Unverständlich! Die anderen Mitarbeiter sind auch sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Filiale ist sehr schön gestaltet. Manuela R. best account manager. Takes a lot of time. Responds to requests.
