 Unfortunately, in this branch you forgot to greet !!! A pleasant atmosphere a few years ago, but now everything is different !! Too bad ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Haben mein Jugendkonto ohne mein Wissen in ein kostenpflichtiges Konto umgewandelt. Die Begründung für das Nicht-Informieren war, dass ich es bei meinem Kontoauszug hätte sehen sollen. Sie haben mir sogar so viel verrechnet, dass das Konto einen Minusbeitrag (vorher Guthaben ca. 27 Euro) ausgewiesen hat und ich für die Auflösung noch was zahlen konnte!!!!
Have converted my youth account without my knowledge into a paid account. The reason for not informing me was that I should have seen it on my bank statement. They have even charged me so much that the account has a minus contribution (previously credit approximately 27 euros) and I could pay for the resolution still something !!!!
