Bei Behebung vom Sparbuch war kein ‚Bitte‘ oder eine ähnlich freundliche Floskel zu hören, dann nur ein Fingerzeig (!) auf Losungswort-Tablet, die Banknoten schließlich ziemlich ungeordnet auf den Counter - gut, dass ich schon jahrelang online-Banking praktiziere. Das Sparbuch wird aufgelöst. Unfriendly service! When removing the passbook was no 'request' or a similar friendly phrase to hear, then only a hint (!) On password tablet, the banknotes finally pretty disordered on the counter - well, that I have been practicing online banking for years. The passbook is dissolved.
S	S. H. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bin seit ca. 2. Jahren Kunde. Bei fragen sind meistens Fr. Anna-Celina oder Fr. Petra da die mir sehr höflich und zuvorkommend weiterhelfen. Da ich hin und wieder auch etwas mehr Zeit in der Filiale verbringe z.b. 1.des Monats beobachte ich das sich auch um viele andere Kunden vorzüglich gekümmert wird. Kann die Filiale Gösting nur weiter empfehlen. I've been a customer for about 2 years. If you have any questions, mostly Ms. Anna-Celina or Ms. Petra are there to help me very politely and courteously. Since I occasionally spend a little more time in the branch, e.g. 1st of the month I observe that many other customers are also looked after very well. I can only recommend the Gösting branch.
B	Brigitte Burger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr kompetentes Team. Meine Betreuerin ist Frau Anna Celina Maunz, aber auch alle anderen MItarbeiter -innen sind überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ältere Kunden sind oft nicht leicht zu handhaben, das Team schafft das aber mit einer Souveränität und freundlichen Ausstrahlung. Schön, daß es das heute noch gibt. Very competent team. My supervisor is Ms. Anna Celina Maunz, but all of the other employees are also extremely friendly and courteous. Older customers are often not easy to deal with, but the team manages it with sovereignty and friendly charisma. It's nice that it still exists today.
