★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Woll- und Stoffgeschäft ist wirklich toll, mit einer Riesenauswahl an diversen Handarbeitsartikel. Auch Nähmaschinen gibt es zu kaufen. Dieses Geschäft ist absolut empfehlenswert.
The wool and fabric shop is really great, with a huge selection of various handicraft items. Sewing machines can also be bought. This business is highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider konnte fehlende Wolle für Pullover nicht mehr organisiert werden von diesem Geschäft (zuerst falsche Farbe und Wollart, dann nach erneutem Bestellen und mehrmaligem Nachfragen wurde mir gesagt, dass diese Farbe aufgelassen wurde). Ein anderes Geschäft die diese Wollmarke auch führt konnte die Wolle jedoch über einen Vertreter einfach organisieren. Schade, dass hier aufgegeben wurde, kein guter Kundenservice, auch bei der Beratung hatte ich eher den Eindruck, dass mir die Meinung des Personals aufgedrängt werden wollte.
Unfortunately, this shop could no longer organize missing wool for sweaters (first wrong color and type of wool, then after ordering again and asking several times, I was told that this color had been left out). However, another shop that also stocks this wool brand was able to easily organize the wool through a representative. It's a pity that they gave up here, not good customer service, I also had the impression during the consultation that the opinion of the staff wanted to be forced on me.
