H	Hasan Temel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich hatte öfters probleme bei den fotos die in der schulen durch diese Starfoto gemacht wurden. Die Fotografen geben sich keine Mühe die kinder in einen guten position zu Fotografieren, mal sind es die haare die nicht richtig stehen dann sind es die ungeeigneten Positionen die sie auswählen und als zuletzt passte die schärfe von den Fotos nicht. Bei einer Reklamation ist kein einverständnis zu hören und keine kulanzlösung erreichbar. Finde es schaden das so eine Firma die Fotos der Schulen machen darf.. Ich würde niemals privat diese firma empfehlen I often had problems with the photos that were made in schools by these celebrity photos. The photographers do not bother to take pictures of the children in a good position, sometimes it is the hair that is not right then it is the unsuitable positions that they choose and finally the sharpness of the photos did not fit. In the case of a complaint, no consent can be heard and no goodwill solution can be achieved. I think it hurts that such a company is allowed to take photos of the schools. I would never recommend this company privately

Zum Einen sind die Preise übertrieben hoch, zum Anderen werden absichtlich die schlechtesten Fotos zur "weiterverarbeitung" ausgewählt. Die Fotos sind entweder verschwommen, unscharf oder dunkel. Für den "Fotografen" ist es auch nicht ausgeschlossen, dass Fotos auf denen die Augen geschlossen sind oder der Mund halb offen ist, schlussendlich im Set landen ! Kein Wunder, dass die durchschnittliche Bewertung gerade bei 1,5 Sternen liegt. Wäre es möglich, hätte ich 0 Sterne gegeben... Worst "photographer" ever! On the one hand, the prices are exaggerated, on the other hand, the worst photos are deliberately selected for "further processing". The photos are either blurry, out of focus, or dark. For the "photographer" it is also possible that photos in which the eyes are closed or the mouth is half open ultimately end up in the set! No wonder that the average rating is just 1.5 stars. If it were possible, I would have given 0 stars ...
V	Viktoria D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seit 5 Jahren kommt der selbe Fotograf an meine Schule und jedes Jahr ist es einfach nur eine stressige und schlecht organisierte Situation. Der Fotograf nimmt sich genau 2 Sekunden bei den Einzelpotraits Zeit, dementsprechend werden die Bilder auch schlecht. Der Fotograf ist gestresst und stresst alle Schüler gleich mit, um seine Arbeit schneller zu erledigen. Seit 3 Jahren schicke ich meine Bilder zurück weil sie katastrophal aussehen. Sogar nachdem ich den Fotografen gebeten habe auf meine Höhe zu kommen und nicht von oben zu fotografieren weil mein Gesicht komisch dabei aussieht, zieht er sein Ding durch, egal wie man letztendlich dabei aussieht. Hauptsache die Arbeit ist erledigt und wir, die Kunden, sollen 30€ für einen miserablen Job zahlen. The photographer is stressed and stresses all students at the same time in order to get his work done faster. I have been sending my pictures back for 3 years because they look disastrous. Even after I asked the photographer to get up to my height and not take photos from above because my face looked weird, he does his thing, no matter how you look in the end. The main thing is that the job is done and we, the customers, should pay 30 € for a miserable job.
M	Michael Bransky on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider wird anscheinend nur noch dieses Fotostudio für Volksschulen, Gymnasien, etc genommen. Jedes Jahr werden die Fotos unprofessioneller. Kein herrichten der Kinder wie zum Beispiel kämmen, Weste ausziehen, etc. Stellungswechsel der Kinder dürfte bereits zuviel Arbeit sein. Schulen sollten wieder Alternative Fotografen in Betracht ziehen. Nicht Mal Termine dürften mehr bekannt gegeben werden. Unfortunately this photo studio is apparently only used for elementary schools, high schools, etc. Every year the photos become more unprofessional. No dressing up the children such as combing, taking off the vest, etc. Changing the position of the children is likely to be too much work. Schools should again consider alternative photographers. Not even dates should be announced anymore.
M	Michi Vani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dem "Profi" fällt nicht einmal auf das dem Kind die Hose bzw der Rock fehlt, es wird einfach in Unterwäsche fürs Weihnachtsbild fotografiert. Bei Beanstandung kaum ein Entgegenkommen, alles zu zahlen, mit Mühe und Not wurden die Weihnachtskarten nachbearbeitet (ab dem Bauch angeschnitten damit es angezogen aussieht) und dann wurden die Karten angeblich 2 mal in den Kindergarten geschickt, kamen aber nie an. Erst nach Weihnachten bekamen wir sie endlich. Was macht man am 10.1. mit Weihnachtsgrußkarten? Aber es war auch keiner zu erreichen bis heute.... Einfach nur mieses Service. Selbst der Kindergarten ist entsetzt. The "professional" doesn't even notice that the child is missing trousers or a skirt, it is simply photographed in underwear for the Christmas picture. In the event of a complaint, there was hardly any concession to pay everything, the Christmas cards were reworked with great effort (cut from the stomach so that it looks dressed) and then the cards were allegedly sent to the kindergarten twice, but never arrived. We finally got them after Christmas. What do you do on 10.1. with Christmas greeting cards? But nobody could be reached until today... Just lousy service. Even the kindergarten is shocked.

Es stehen lediglich das Klassenfoto um 5 Euro, oder alle Fotos, sprich das einzelne Kind in verschiedenen Formaten und Filter (Instagram Filter wären besser als das was man da bekommt) um 19,90 plus Versand 3,90 Euro zur Auswahl. Warum Versandkosten wenn das Kind die Fotos schon mit nachhause bringt? We leave the quality of the photos in the room, I think it's a cheek not to be able to choose which photos to take. There are only the class photo for 5 euros, or all photos, i.e. the individual child in different formats and filters (Instagram filters would be better than what you get there) for 19.90 euros plus shipping 3.90 euros. A	Ann Burner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unglaublich traurige Fotos - jedes Jahr schrecklichere Szenerien der Kinder. Abgesehen davon, dass die Fotos fürchterlich sind, der Fotograf sichtlich kein Auge für seine kleinen Kunden hat, ist auch noch die Qualität des Fotopapiers zu 37€ unterirdisch! Selbst das Wegwerf-Konzept der vorgefertigten Mappen um 37€ widerspricht doch völlig einem ökologischen Zeitgeist :-( Völlig unverständlich wie diese Agentur bei der Auswahl an Fotografen überhaupt noch Aufträge generieren kann! Traurig! Incredibly sad photos - every year more terrible scenes of the children. Apart from the fact that the photos are terrible, the photographer obviously has no eye for his little customers, the quality of the photo paper at 37€ is also abysmal! Even the disposable concept of the ready-made folders for 37€ completely contradicts an ecological zeitgeist :-( Completely incomprehensible how this agency can still generate orders with the selection of photographers! Sad!
L	Lovely Angel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pictures are pretty good, they took for all the children in the school. But it cost €37 per package : 3 styles ( class photo and 2 different pose ). It was too expensive for a school photo, please change the price, not all parents can afford to buy school photo which is almost cost 40 euro.
