Privatkunden sind hier auf dem Abstellgleis. 15 Wochen Verzug bei Fertigstellung ohne Entschuldigung. Zahlreichen Pannen aufgrund von falscher Vermessung (Türen zu breit, Zäune zu kurz, etc.) ohne Entschuldigung. Bemühte Mitarbeiter, teilweise schlecht gebrieft, aber völlig überforderte Geschäftsführung inklusive Backoffice. Termine weiß keiner, außer der Chef, der meistens schwer beschäftigt zu sein scheint. Rechnungen sind aber rasch zur Hand. Keine Empfehlung!! Absolutely overwhelmed company and anything but cheap! Unfortunately, almost nothing worked for us. Private customers are on the siding here. 15 weeks delay on completion without apology. Numerous breakdowns due to incorrect measurement (doors too wide, fences too short, etc.) without excuse. Effortless employees, sometimes poorly briefed, but completely overwhelmed management including back office. No one knows appointments, except the boss, who usually seems to be very busy. But bills are quickly at hand. No recommendation!!

Alle Arbeiten und anfallende Probleme wurden vom Chef und seinen Mitarbeitern hervorragend gelöst. Die neue Betriebshalle wurde voll zu unserer Zufriedenheit hergestellt. When we expanded our facility in 2017 - hall construction, we came across the Lochmann company. All work and any problems that arise were solved excellently by the boss and his employees. The new factory building was fully built to our satisfaction.

Diese sind ganzjährig draußen und werden jahreszeitlich für die Deko verwendet, sie sehen immer gut aus und sind ein Blickfang. Auch für den Innenraum habe ich mir Wandbilder aus Metall anfertigen lassen. Dazu habe ich die Zeichnungen geliefert und diese wurden wunderbar umgesetzt. Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit der Zusammenarbeit und dem Ergebnis der Arbeiten. I have several metal design pieces from Lochmann in my garden: a large fireball, a metal heart and a metal angel. These are outside all year round and are used seasonally for decoration, they always look good and are an eye-catcher. I also had wall paintings made of metal for the interior. I delivered the drawings and they were wonderfully implemented. I am very happy with the collaboration and the result of the work.

Unser erstes Projekt war eine etwa 1.200 m² große Betriebshalle inkl. Stahlpodest und Stiegenaufgang. Da wir mit der gesamten Projektabwicklung und dem Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis so zufrieden waren, haben wir mittlerweile unzählige weitere Adaptionen und Neubauten mit der Fa. Lochmann abgewickelt. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns, dass die Fa. Lochmann sowohl bei Neubauten, als auch bei Adaptionen im Bestand immer kompetente Lösungen und auch eine entsprechende Umsetzung der Arbeiten gewährleistet. Da wir seit ca. 10 Jahren unseren Familienbetrieb laufend weiterentwickeln und vergrößern ist uns Qualität, Zuverlässigkeit, Handschlagqualität und natürlich auch der Preis sehr wichtig. Aus diesen Gesichtspunkten und aufgrund der Erfahrungen die wir gemacht haben, können wir die Fa. Lochmann zu 100% weiterempfehlen. We are a medium-sized family business and have been working continuously with Lochmann for several years now. Our first project was an approximately 1,200 m² factory building including a steel platform and staircase. Since we were so satisfied with the entire project and the price / performance ratio, we have now completed countless other adaptations and new buildings with the Lochmann company. We were particularly impressed by the fact that Lochmann always guarantees competent solutions for new buildings, as well as for adaptations in existing buildings, and that work is carried out accordingly. Since we have been continuously developing and expanding our family business for about 10 years, quality, reliability, handshake quality and of course the price are very important to us.
