★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Haben uns mit dem Geschäftsführer in Kontakt gesetzt um einen Versicherungsfall der Gemeinde zu richten. Auf anforderung schickten wir Fotos um einen Kostenvoranschlag zu bekommen. Nun warten wir schon seit Tagen... unsere Nachrichten werden einfach ignoriert. Da wir schon sehr dringend eine Reparatur des Zaunes brauchen weil wir 3 Hunde haben, wollten wir es rasch erledigt haben, aber wie es aussieht ist kein Verlass auf diese Firma. Wir haben uns jetzt jemanden anderen gesucht für diesen Fall.
Wenigstens eine normale absage bzgl diesen Schadens wäre von Vorteil gewesen und wir hätten uns schon früher mit einer anderen, verantwortungsvollen und verlässlichen Firma in verbindung gesetzt.
We got in touch with the managing director to settle an insurance case in the municipality. On request we sent photos to get an estimate. We've been waiting for days now... our messages are just being ignored. Since we urgently need a repair of the fence because we have 3 dogs, we wanted to have it done quickly, but it looks like you can't rely on this company. We are now looking for someone else for this case.
At least a normal refusal regarding this damage would have been beneficial and we would have contacted another, responsible and reliable company earlier.
