Patricia hat viel Wissen, das sie gerne mit ihren Yogaschülern teilt, so macht man nicht nur eine - immer sehr stimmige - Abfolge von Asanas, sondern bekommt auch immer Hintergrundinformation, wie die einzelnen Positionen wirken. Ich freue mich jede Woche auf die Yogaeinheit bei Patricia!
Patricia is a wonderful yoga teacher who teaches with a lot of heart and "sense"! Patricia has a lot of knowledge that she likes to share with her yoga students, so you not only do a - always very coherent - sequence of asanas, but also always get background information on how the individual positions work. I look forward to the yoga session with Patricia every week!
