Es gibt bei Notfällen keine langen Wartezeiten und man bekommt sofort eine konkrete Auskunft wenn man ein Problem zu lösen hat. Der innenbetriebliche Expansivprozes macht große Schritte, ist somit für die Bewohner eine beruhigende Tatsache. ??
