Aber die meisten sind leider echt inkompetent. Die Familie wurde nicht informiert als meine Oma zweimal gestürzt ist und auch sonst wird nicht viel Einfühlungsvermögen an den Tag gelegt. In anderen Heimen sind Ältere auf jeden besser aufgehoben.
There are a couple of lovely caregivers.
But unfortunately most of them are really incompetent. The family was not informed when my grandmother fell twice and there is not much empathy shown. In other homes, the elderly are in better hands.
