B	Boris Wagner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waren am 09.02.2022 in der Stadthalle auf einem Konzert. Geparkt haben wir in der Märzparkgarage um 17:28 Uhr, also 02:02 Stunden vor dem Veranstaltungsbeginn. Die ersten 30 Minuten sollen gratis sein, danach wären nur noch €7,- fällig - das wurde mir sogar von einem Mitarbeiter an der Kassa nach dem Telefonat mit dem Garagenwart bestätigt. Beim Ausfahren musste ich feststellen dass das nicht stimmt. Zu bezahlen waren nicht "nur" €7,- wie auf der Website der Stadthalle angegeben ist, sondern €11,20, was eigentlich 60% Mehrkosten entspricht. Und ich war nicht der einzige Betroffene. Alle Konzertbesucher, die nach uns zum Automaten gekommen sind, mussten auch mehr als €7,- bezahlen. Der Automat hat den zu zahlenden Betrag (auch) nicht auf das Ticket übertragen - sondern es wurde €0,00 gedruckt? Ein purer Zufall? Went to a concert in the Stadthalle on February 9th, 2022. We parked in the March parking garage at 5:28 p.m., 2:02 hours before the start of the event. The first 30 minutes should be free, after that only €7 would be due - this was even confirmed to me by an employee at the cash desk after the phone call to the garage attendant. Upon exiting, I found that this was not true. Not "only" €7 had to be paid, as stated on the Stadthalle's website, but €11.20, which actually corresponds to 60% additional costs. And I wasn't the only one affected. All concert-goers who came to the machine after us also had to pay more than €7. The machine did not (also) transfer the amount to be paid to the ticket - instead €0.00 was printed? Pure coincidence?
