★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alle anderen Mitarbeiter sind immer supernett, aber vom Standesamt war ich echt extrem enttäuscht.
Die Dame war von Anfang an komplett überfordert mit meiner nicht-österreichischen Staatsbürgerschaft. Und als wir dann den Termin verschieben wollten, da wegen Corona halt keiner dabei sein konnte: "Ja, wenn Sie den Termin absagen, dann können Sie sich ein anderes Standesamt suchen"
Ich versteh, dass man schlechte Tage haben kann, aber wir mussten dann zu zweit heiraten wegen der Beschränkungen und für diese unverschämte Bemerkung kam auch im Nachhinein keine Erklärung oder gar Entschuldigung für das unprofessionelle Verhalten.
Unterste Schublade und eines Amtes absolut unwürdig.
 All the other employees are always super nice, but I was really extremely disappointed with the registry office.
The lady was completely overwhelmed with my non-Austrian citizenship from the start. And when we wanted to postpone the appointment because no one could be there because of Corona: "Yes, if you cancel the appointment, you can look for another registry office"
I understand that you can have bad days, but the two of us had to get married because of the restrictions and for this outrageous remark there was no explanation or even an apology for the unprofessional behavior afterwards.
Bottom drawer and absolutely unworthy of an office.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war schon sehr oft bei der Gemeinde und hab dort auch geheiratet. Bisher durfte ich dort nur freundliche Menschen kennenlernen.
Aufgrund einer Begegnung mit EINER Mitarbeiterin die gesamte Gemeinde mit nur einem Stern zu bewerten, ist nicht objektiv, sondern sieht nach Racheaktion aus!
I've been to the church a lot and got married there too. So far I have only gotten to know friendly people there.
To rate the entire community with only one star based on an encounter with ONE employee is not objective, but looks like an act of revenge!
