Leider musste ich mit Behörden oft andere Erfahrungen machen, hier wurden wir allerdings hervorragend beraten (Anmeldung wegen Umzuges aus Deutschland) und die Abwicklung war ohne Wartezeit in fünf Minuten erledigt. Friendly, quick and efficient. Unfortunately, I often had to make different experiences with the authorities, but here we received excellent advice (registration due to moving from Germany) and the process was completed in five minutes without waiting.

Alles was ich als anwort bekam war - geldtasche weck. 10-12 Tage nach dem Verlust rufte ich das letzte mal an Vergebens. Danach war die Geschichte für mich beendet und fand mich mit dem Verlust ab. 3 Wochen später entdeckte ich auf Facebook eine Nachricht von einer jungen Dame die mir (4 wochen bevor ich es gesehen hatte) geschrieben das Sie die Geldtasche gefunden hatte und beim Fundamt Wörgl abgeben hatte. Höchst erfreut startete ich zum Fundamt um mein gutes Stück abzuholen, als mir der liebe Herr hinter der Theke versicherte keine Geldtasche zu haben. Nach mehrmaliger Aussage meinerseits:"Sie muss da sein, dass hat mir eine junge Dame versichert", wagte er einen Blick in seinen Ordner. Nichts war dokumentiert von meiner Geldtasche. Seine Aussage: "Wir haben nichts hier." Ich blieb hartnäckig:" Sie muss da sein, ganz einfach." Auf einmal fiel im ein dass möglicherweise sein Kollege sie haben könnte, was dann auch so war, sie lag offen auf dem Tisch. Fazit: zu inkompetent um in 6 wochen 1) sich bei mir zu melden obwohl 5 karten mit anschrift drinnen waren 2) es schriftlich festzuhalten, (Dokumentationspflicht) Wäre ich nicht hartnäckig geblieben hätte ich sie 100% nicht mehr bekommen. (Geld war zwar weck, ärgert mich jedoch weniger als diese Arbeitsweise) Enttäuschend!! When I lost my wallet, I called the wörgl lost property office 3-4 times. After that the story was over for me and I came to terms with the loss. 3 weeks later I discovered a message on Facebook from a young lady who wrote to me (4 weeks before I saw it) that she had found the wallet and had given it to the lost property office in Wörgl. Very pleased I started to the lost property office to pick up my good when the dear gentleman behind the counter assured me that he had no wallet. After several statements on my part: "She has to be there, a young lady has assured me", he dared to look into his folder. Nothing was documented from my wallet. His statement: "We have nothing here." I persisted: "It has to be there, very simple." Suddenly it occurred to him that his colleague might have it, which was also the case, it was open on the table. Conclusion: too incompetent to be in 6 weeks 1) to contact me even though 5 cards with address were inside 2) to record it in writing (documentation obligation) If I hadn't persisted, I wouldn't have got it 100%. (Money was wake up, but it annoys me less than this way of working) Disappointing!!
