The Covid-19 test on Sunday January 17th was very well organized from the invitation, registration, briefing, testing to the quick notification of the results. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.
d	daniel perlberg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Warum ein Termin??? Meine Frau hat am 04.02.2020 ihre Staatsbürgerschaft in Sankt Pölten verliehen bekommen. Am gleichen Tag wollten wir in der Amtsgemeinde Purkersdorf, im Standesamt den Staatsbürgerkundenachweis beantragen. Zu dieser Zeit fand gerade eine Hochzeit statt, die wir natürlich nicht stören wollten. Also entschloss sich meine Frau eine Woche später, am 11.02.2020 dies nach zu holen! Wohl gemerkt, in der Zeit, wo der öffentliche Parteienverkehr stattfindet. Also in den normalen Öffnungszeiten!!! Man muss dazu sagen, als meine Frau erschien, waren zu dieser Zeit keine anderen Personen anwesend, die gewartet haben. Also ging meine Frau in das dafür zuständige Büro - dort traf sie auf eine Mitarbeiterin, die anscheinend überfordert war!! Warum??? Sie sagte meine Frau, dass sie Stress habe, alleine ist. Und sie brauche ja schließlich ein Termin! Man muss dazu sagen, dass Dokument ist deshalb so wichtig für uns, weil meine Frau den Reisepass beantragen möchte und wir auf Reisen gehen wollen! Wir fragen uns, wofür gibt es Öffnungszeiten in der Amtsgemeinde Purkersdorf, wo auch die Gemeindebewohner erscheinen dürfen, wenn man dann von einer anscheinend überforderten Mitarbeiterin hört, man benötigt einen Termin? Da passt irgendwas NICHT!!! Why an appointment ??? My wife received her citizenship in Sankt Pölten on February 4th, 2020. On the same day we wanted to apply for proof of citizenship in the registry office in Purkersdorf. At that time there was a wedding, which we didn't want to disturb, of course. So a week later my wife decided to do it on February 11th, 2020! Mind you, at the time when public parties are taking place. So in the normal opening times! You have to say that when my wife appeared there were no other people waiting at the time. So my wife went to the responsible office - there she met an employee who was apparently overwhelmed !! Why??? She told my wife that she was stressed, alone. After all, she needs an appointment! You have to say that the document is so important to us because my wife wants to apply for the passport and we want to go on a trip! We ask ourselves, what are the opening times in the municipality of Purkersdorf, where the residents of the municipality can also appear, when you hear from an apparently overwhelmed employee that you need an appointment? Something doesn't fit !!!
