Vier Wochen später hat sie sich mit dem Computersystem noch immer nicht ausgekannt, und wurde deshalb grantig und unfreundlich zu mir. Insgesamt hat sie zwei Mal einen unmotivierten, genervten Eindruck auf mich gemacht. Seitdem ist mir die Lust vergangen, die Bücherei wieder zu besuchen, obwohl das schon wieder ein Monat her ist. Schade eigentlich, dass die miese Laune einer einzigen Mitarbeiterin - alle anderen waren bisher super freundlich und hilfsbereit - sich derartig negativ bei mir ausgewirkt hat. The atmosphere is pleasant, and I've felt very comfortable there so far - until I made contact with an employee who, according to her own statements, was only new there. Four weeks later, she was still not familiar with the computer system, so she got grumpy and rude to me. Overall, she made an unmotivated, annoyed impression on me twice. Since then, I've lost the desire to visit the library again, even though it was a month ago. It's actually a shame that the bad mood of one employee - all the others have so far been super friendly and helpful - had such a negative effect on me.
