o	oliver sindelar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Obwohl ich nicht weit weg von dort wohne, werde ich sicher nicht mehr zwecks Aktivpass verlängern dort hin fahren. Es ging schon los, dass die Dame hinterm Schalter meinen Gruß nicht erwiderte sondern nur einen grimmigen Blick drauf hatte. Meine Unterlagen waren soweit in Ordnung nur dann missviel ihr mein Foto. Obwohl ich im Reisepass und im Invalidenausweis, dass gleiche hatte , bestand sie darauf, dass ich ein neues Foto bringen muss, erst dann bekomme ich den Aktivpass verlängert. Jetzt musste ich in einen Fotoladen fahren um Fotos zu machen wo die günstigste Variante 19.90€ kostet. Weil ja Geld bei mir keine Rolle spielt machte ich die Fotos und ging zurück in die Stadtbibliothek. Sie klebte dann ein neues Foto hinein und gab mir den Aktivpass. Mein Gruß wurde wieder nicht erwidert, weder beim kommen noch beim gehen. Ich finde Personen welche so unfreundlich sind sollten nicht hinter einem Kundenschalter sitzen. Da sollte man doch wenigstens Grüßen können. Das war mein erstes und auch mein letztes Mail, dass ich in Ebelsberg in der Stadtbibliothek gewesen bin. It started, that the lady behind the counter did not return my greeting but only had a grim look on it. My documents were okay so far only then you miss my photo. Although I had the same in the passport and in the invalid card, she insisted that I have to bring a new photo, only then I get the active pass extended. Now I had to go to a photo shop to take pictures where the cheapest option costs 19.90 €. Because yes money does not matter to me, I took the photos and went back to the city library. She then pasted a new photo and gave me the active pass. My greeting was not reciprocated again, neither when coming nor while walking. I think people who are so unfriendly should not sit behind a counter. At least one should be able to greet them. That was my first and also my last mail, that I was in Ebelsberg in the city library.
