★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beratung bekommt man von einer älteren Dame in dieser Apotheke Friesach keine, sie redet und lässt Kunden kaum zu Wort kommen dann bleibt man blöd an gelehnt am Buld und dieDame geht in die Kosmetikabteilung. Ist mir beim Chef noch nicht passiert und auch nicht bei der Chefin und allen anderen waren immer hilfsbereit oder man hat eine Lösung gefunden. Man hat eine seltene Krankheit und braucht Hilfe von geschulten Personal. Aber von dieser Dieser Dame bekommt man nie eine zufriedenstellende Antwort. Aber kommt eine Bekannte von ihr dann kann man über alles sogar blaudern. Wenn mir das bei der Dame nochmals passiert lass ich den Chef holen. Weil ich möchte nicht noch Mal blöd stehen gelassen werden vor dem Verkaufsbuld. Mein Mann und ich brauchen sehr viel Medikamente, wenn die Bedienung so bleibt dann überlegt man sich die Apotheke Althofen anzufahren.Mit freundlichen Grüßen
You don't get any advice from an elderly lady in this Friesach pharmacy, she talks and hardly lets customers have their say, then you stay stupidly leaning against the bulk and the lady goes into the cosmetics department. Hasn't happened to me with the boss, nor with the boss and everyone else was always helpful or a solution was found. You have a rare disease and need help from trained staff. But you never get a satisfactory answer from this lady. But if an acquaintance comes from her then you can even blunder about everything. If that happens to me again with the lady, I'll have the boss fetched. Because I don't want to be left stupid again in front of the debt of sale. My husband and I need a lot of medication, if the service stays that way, then you consider going to the Althofen pharmacy. Kind regards
