Die Unterkunft wollte darauf hin die Buchung stornieren weil sie scheinbar vergessen haben, eine Beschränkung auf min. 7 Übenachtungen in Booking zu hinterlegen. Sowohl Booking als auch ich selbst haben versucht zu einer Klärung zu gelangen, erfolglos. (Booking war hier sehr hilfsbereit.) Ansprechpartnerin der Unterkunft total unfreundlich, Typus ältere Dame "ich sag das, also hab ich recht!". Hat mitten im Telefonat 2mal aufgelegt! Nachdem mir Frau P gedroht hat, uns in der Unterkunft einfach nicht übernachten zu lassen wenn ich nicht volle 7 Tage zahle, bin ich dann selbst von der Buchung zurückgetreten. Laut Österreichischem Recht ist so ein Vorgehen nicht erlaubt. Die Unterkunft räumt dem Gast auch keinerlei Stornobedingungen ein, nimmt sich aber selbst das Recht nach Gusto zu "stornieren". Es war auch nicht möglich einen Kompromiss zu finden. Es wäre ein leichtes für die Unterkunft gewesen einzulenken und die 4 Übernachtungen zu akzeptieren, sogar über den Preis hätte man reden können. Hands off! Booked a ski holiday there for 4 nights. The property wanted to cancel the booking because they apparently forgot to set a limit of min. 7 nights to be deposited in booking. Both Booking and myself tried to find a solution, but to no avail. (Booking was very helpful here.) Contact person of the accommodation totally unfriendly, type of elderly lady "I say that, so I'm right!". Has hung up twice in the middle of the phone call! After Mrs. P threatened me not to let us stay the night in the accommodation if I didn't pay a full 7 days, I then withdrew from the booking myself. According to Austrian law, such a procedure is not permitted. The accommodation does not grant the guest any cancellation conditions, but reserves the right to "cancel" as desired. It was also not possible to find a compromise. It would have been easy for the accommodation to give in and accept the 4 nights, even the price could have been discussed.
E	Eveline Hamstra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastisch komen er inmiddels al een aantal jaren met 2 gezinnen. Je hebt dan een grote ruimte met mooie keuken TV maar waar de Kids dol op zijn een leuk elektronisch dartbord een voetbaltafel en niet te vergeten de Nintendo! Gaan zeker weer boeken voor volgend jaar! En Erica is een zeer lieve behulpzame gastvrouw! Meer dan 5 sterren waard. Fantastic has been coming for a number of years now with 2 families. You then have a large room with a nice kitchen TV, but what the kids love is a nice electronic dartboard, a football table, not to mention the Nintendo! Will definitely book again for next year! And Erica is a very sweet helpful hostess! Worth more than 5 stars.
