The most beatiful spa centre. Very relaxing experience, kind staff, very clean, the best kitchen in Europe. Amazing stay ( we come back again and again).

Very nice, spacious and fun place. The outdoor pool in wintertime is just great.

Really 33€ for WHAT??? Small spa with nothing special to offer for the entry fee... If you want to have Sauna you have to pay 14€ extra... The massages are mediocre... 69 € for 40 min of "robotic" massage... I've visited many spa's but this spa was a total failure... One star for the staff which does its best given the circumstances....

it's a good place to relax and have fun! parking is easy, thermal pool are clean and warm, restaurant is good. We love it and will visit again later for sure!

A really nice hotel, perfect if you just want to relax and have a quick get away. The atmosphere is soothing and the food was exquisite.

I was there in winter and nothing. Only 2pools with semi hot wather. 3hours 19€ and problém with security who doesent want to lisen to you. In Hungary they got much better therms.

The location of the Martin‘s Therme/Spa is near the Neusiedler See which is a big lake and Austrian natural heritage area next to the hungarian border. It is possible to book Safari tours with Land Rovers there and watch birds and other animals in the wilderness. Now to the Spa/Therme itself: the public area is big and there are outdoor and indoor pools. Unfortunately, it‘s pretty loud inside as it is a whole family spa, but there are quiet rooms. The public sauna area is also nice and quite clean. The hotel spa, which is located at the completely other end of the big building, is also nice and really clean. There‘s also a private indoor pool there and several saunas and steam baths. During summer it is possible to swim in the artificial lake beside. During fully occupied weekends there are too few loungers in both areas. Now to the restaurant: It seems that all the good vibes and motivation from the spa is forgotten at the restaurant for lunch and breakfast. The choice/selection of food is wide, however, the food is not high quality and the composition of food looks cheap. The cook who prepares the 4-course-menu apparently does NOT know how to cook!!!! Please change the cook! We will not return and will not book a night with the menu if the same cook stays there. The food is absolutely not worth the money! Every othere spa/Therme in Austria has better food! Das Essen ist echt schlecht!

Excellent wellness hotel. Great room, excellent food and the spa is small but quiet and perfect to relax. The restaurant has a nice view on the lake. The wifi in the hotel is fast, but it would be great to use the own streaming services on the large flatscreen in the room. Upon request, they will pick you up at the train station, which is a super great service! We will gladly return!
