V	V A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider ist sogar der eine Stern zu viel. Ich bin entsetzt über die Organisation und den Service. Da ich die Trauzeugin meiner Schwester bin, wollte ich ihr einen unvergesslichen JGA in den Bergen ermöglichen. Bei einer Gruppe von 12 Personen, kommen dementsprechend auch ein paar Fragen auf, welche geklärt werden müssen. Seit einer Woche habe ich zuerst telefonisch versucht, meine Fragen beantwortet zu bekommen. Hier lässt mich die Mitarbeiterin wissen, dass sie keine Fragen beantwortet, sondern man alles per Mail erfragen soll. Gesagt, getan, so stellte ich eine Anfrage direkt über die Homepage: Eine Antwort kann man frühstens nach 1-2 Tagen erwarten und dann zu unchristlichen Zeiten. Nachdem mir ein Angebot zugesendet wurde, hieß es am nächsten Tag plötzlich dass sie die Mindestaufenthaltszeit verlängert haben und ich doch mehrere Nächte bleiben müsse. Das musste ich natürlich erst mit allen klären und hatte dann eine weitere Frage bezüglich des Preises nachdem mir anschließend auch noch ein falsch gerechnetes Angebot zugeschickt wurde. Deshalb schrieb ich wieder eine Mail, wie genau sich der Betrag zusammensetzt, da bei meiner Rechnung ein anderes Ergebnis rauskommt. Natürlich kam wieder einen ganzen Tag lang nichts, bis mir Abends einfach mitgeteilt wurde dass sie sich verrechnet haben und das Apartment seit heute weg ist. Ich war fassungslos!!!! Seit einer Woche wollte ich das Apartment buchen, am Ende wurde das Apartment trotz Zusage dann einfach anderweitig vergeben nachdem mir ewig nicht geantwortet wurde, keine Fragen am Telefon geklärt werden oder sonstiger Service vrohanden war. Es wäre so einfach gewesen: Fragen am Telefon beantworten, Angebot schicken, buchen. Als krönenden Abschluss wurde die Schuld dann auf Korona geschoben und dass man weder über Booking.com, noch per Telefon, noch per Mail anfragen solle, sondern doch direkt über die Hompage. Gab natürlich überhaupt keinen Sinn, weil ich das ja genau so!!!! Gemacht habe. Bin zutiefst enttäuscht und habe nun eine schlaflose Nacht, da ich nicht weiß, wo ich nun so schnell eine neue Unterkunft für den JGA herbekomme... Hier fehlt Menschlichkeit, Organisation und noch viel mehr. Sehr schade! Unfortunately, even one star is too much. I am horrified by the organization and the service. After an offer was sent to me, the next day it suddenly became clear that they had extended the minimum stay and I still had to stay several nights. Of course, I first had to clarify this with everyone and then had another question about the price after an incorrectly calculated offer was then sent to me. So I wrote an email again, how exactly the amount is made up, because my calculation shows a different result. Of course, nothing came again for a whole day until I was simply informed in the evening that they had miscalculated and the apartment has been gone since today. I was stunned !!!! I had wanted to book the apartment for a week, in the end the apartment was simply given to someone else despite a promise after I hadn't answered for ages, no questions answered on the phone or other service available. It would have been so easy: answer questions on the phone, send offer, book. As a crowning finale, the blame was then placed on Korona and that you shouldn't inquire either via Booking.com, by phone or by email, but rather directly via the homepage. Of course it didn't make any sense at all, because that's how I do it !!!! Have made. I am deeply disappointed and now have a sleepless night because I do not know where I can get new accommodation for the JGA so quickly ... Humanity, organization and much more is missing here. It's a pity!

Mit einem Whirlpool auf dem Balkon wäre die Einrichtung perfekt abgerundet. Der Service des Personals war klasse und sie gingen auf sämtliche Wünsche ein! Very nice and luxurious apartment, well furnished with plenty of space. With a jacuzzi on the balcony, the decor would be perfectly rounded. The service from the staff was great and they catered to every request!

Das Appartement ist wirklich sehr gut ausgestattet, insbesondere die Sauna und der sehr gute Service durch die Gastgeber sind hervorzuheben. Jeder Wunsch wurde uns sehr gerne erfüllt. We had a brilliant week in the Sruh Prime Apart. The apartment is really very well equipped, especially the sauna and the very good service by the hosts are to be highlighted. Het appartement ligt op loopafstand naar de lift en Gerlos, dit is dus erg ideaal. Verder bevat het appartement veel luxe. ook is het appartement erg stil en zijn de bedden van goede kwaliteit. Een ideaal appartement voor een goede wintersport vakantie dus! We have been on a winter sports holiday with a number of friends and have chosen the Suhr Prime apartment. A very good choice! The apartment is within walking distance to the lift and Gerlos, so this is very ideal. Das Apartment ist so luxuriös und modern und wirklich super schön. Wir waren zu acht in einem Apartment, in dem wir zwei Schlafzimmer hatten und noch eine Schlafcouch, aber auch die Schlafcouch war super bequem. Das Apartment war so hell, durch die Glasfront, aber trotzdem angenehm kühl. Auch die riesen Terasse ist der Traum. Morgens draußen beim Sonnenaufgang frühstücken und dann den Abend ausklingen lassen mit Sonnenuntergang. Die Sauna ist auch super mit toller Aussicht. Die Tiefgarage ist auch super und groß genug. Kann man jedem nur empfehlen. Denn auch die Ausflugsmöglichkeiten sind vielseitig und zahlreich. It was super nice. The staff as well as the host family are so warm and friendly people. The apartment is so luxurious and modern and really super beautiful. There were eight of us in an apartment in which we had two bedrooms and a sofa bed, but the sofa bed was also super comfortable. The apartment was so bright, through the glass front, but still pleasantly cool. The huge terrace is also a dream. Have breakfast outside at sunrise in the morning and then let the evening fade away with sunset. The sauna is also great with a great view. The underground car park is also great and big enough. I can only recommend it to everyone. Because the excursion possibilities are varied and numerous.

Also we would like to thank Manuel....the host (owner) of Sruh Prime apartments. If we had a question he act immediately to solve it. We have had a lot of luxury apartments in the past, but this one is the best and most complete ever!
