Was quick with us after we locked ourselves out. Great work and the price was justified. I can only recommend this locksmith.

Der Slogan an der Glastüre "Schlüssel sofort" müsste heißen "Termin nach Vereinbarung" eine Dame wimmelte mich sowohl die Kunden zuvor ab sie könne die Schlüssel nicht nachmachen weil heute keiner da ist, ich solle zuvor anrufen ob es an dem jeweiligen Tag geht???!!! Dann auch nur bis 17:00 geöffnet bin wegen Anfahrt früher von der Arbeit weg um es noch zu schaffen. Vor einem Jahr hat alles noch wunderbar geklappt und dann dieser Ärger. Nach Telefonischer Vereinbarung hat es dann am nächsten Tag doch noch geklappt. Alle nett und Zuvorkommend aber der ganze Ärger hätte auch vermieden werden können. Wenn Schlüssel wirklich nicht durchgehend gemacht werden können weil dementsprechende Person nicht Anwesend ist muss darauf hingewiesen werden und eben nicht " SCHLÜSSEL SOFORT!" Top becomes questionable. The slogan on the glass door "key immediately" should mean "appointment by appointment" a lady brushed me off both the customers beforehand they could not copy the keys because today there is no one, I should call beforehand whether it is possible on the respective day ?? ? !!! Then I'm only open until 5:00 p.m. because of getting there earlier from work to make it. A year ago everything worked out wonderfully and then this trouble. After an appointment by phone, it worked the next day. All nice and accommodating but all the trouble could have been avoided. If keys really cannot be made through because the corresponding person is not present, it must be pointed out and not "KEY IMMEDIATELY!"

Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen! The locksmith was quickly on site. The Lord immediately knew what to do. No damage. Very good aftercare and professional competence. Costs fit. I can only recommend!
