Darüber hinaus werden Übungen super erklärt & man bekommt wertvolle Tipps für die Umsetzung!
 What I really like about our trainer and what I really appreciate about our trainer is that it's about having fun pole dancing, without any pressure and everyone is very much supported and motivated in their individual progress! In addition, exercises are well explained & you get valuable tips for implementation!
