Wenn es bei Kunden ungerechtfertigte Einzüge gibt, so werden diese, nach schriftlicher Meldung des Mitgliedes, sofort bearbeitet bzw. retour überwiesen ! Die Geschäftsführung For correction! No MG contributions have been collected from the Pinkafeld sports center since December 1st, 2020. If there are unjustified collections from customers, these will be processed or returned immediately after written notification by the member! The Board
M	Michal Janousek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren zum Eislaufen dort. Das Eis wird regelmäßig gepflegt und die zur Verfügung gestellten Schlittschuhe sind geschliffen. Für die Menge an Eisläufern ist die Größe der Garderobe falsch gewählt. Es war mit 2 Kinder mühsam irgendwo einen Platz zu finden um die Schlittschuhe anzuziehen. Ebenso habe ich einen Ordner oder ähnliches vermisst, dementsprechend war auch die Disziplin am Eis und rundherum. Die Kantine hatte auch nur ein sehr begrenztes Angebot. Dennoch ist es schön auch im Burgenland einen Eislauf-Platz zu finden. We were there for ice skating. The ice is regularly maintained and the ice skates provided are ground. The size of the cloakroom is wrong for the number of ice skaters. With two children it was difficult to find a place somewhere to put on the skates. I also missed a folder or something similar, so the discipline was on the ice and all around. The canteen also had a very limited offer. Nevertheless, it is nice to find an ice skating rink in Burgenland.
A	A. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider sehr heruntergekommen, da es eine veraltete Bausubstanz ist. Das ist auch das Problem, dass es immer wieder zu Wassereintritten kommt. (Warum wurde das nicht saniert oder in ein anderes Gebäude eingemietet?) Das Plus dieses Fitnessstudios ist, dass es eine finnische Sauna gibt. Leider steht diese Sauna im Keller, wo es kein Fenster, kein Zugang nach Draußen und keine Belüftung gibt. Diese Kombination aus kalten Mauern im Keller, feuchte Luft und keinen Dunstabzug führt folglich logischerweise zu Schimmel- das geht leider gar nicht und ist gesundheitsgefährdend!!! Was ich auch nicht verstehe ist, dass eine ausgebildete Fitnesstrainerin, die zu gewissen Zeiten da ist, einem keine Beratung gibt, sondern nur an der Rezeption sitzt um administratives zu erledigten. Nach einer Nachfrage, ob man gewisse Übungen gezeigt bekommt wurde man abgespeist mit "musst du personal Training nehmen", was natürlich wieder extra kostet. Ich verstehe dabei den Wirtschaftsgedanken nicht, denn das muss und sollte ein Service ein, wozu Sie ja eingestellt sein sollte und somit verärgert man die Kunden. Schade darum Unfortunately very run down, as it is an outdated building. This is also the problem that it always comes back to water. (Why was not this renovated or rented into another building?) The plus of this gym is that there is a Finnish sauna. Unfortunately, this sauna is in the basement, where there is no window, no access to the outside and no ventilation. This combination of cold walls in the basement, humid air and no extractor hood consequently leads to mold - unfortunately that does not work at all and is harmful to your health !!! What I also do not understand is that a trained fitness trainer, who is there at certain times, gives you no advice, but just sits at the front desk to do administrative work. After a request, if you get shown some exercises you were fed up with "you have to take personal training", which of course costs extra again. I do not understand the economic idea, because that must and should be a service, what you should be so set and thus annoyed the customers. Pity about it
M	Melanie Z. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren am Eislaufplatz. Alles bestens. Die Kinder hatten ihren Spass. Nettes Personal. Sowohl am Eingangsbereich als auch beim Verleih der Schuhe . Und auch der zweite Umtausch der Schuhe war kein Problem. Und zum Abschluss was heißes zum Trinken in der Kantine. We were at the ice rink. Everything great. The kids had fun. Nice personel. Both at the entrance area and when renting shoes. And the second exchange of the shoes wasn't a problem either. And finally something hot to drink in the canteen.
M	Maria M (la Viajera) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Auch nach mehrmaliger Aufforderung das unberechtigt eingezogene Geld (Aufgrund von Schließung wegen Corona) zurückzuüberweisen, gab es keine Antwort vom Besitzer. Am besten gar nicht diesem Fitnesscenter beitreten und sich solche Ärgernisse ersparen. Werde diesen Fall nun an die Arbeiterkammer weiterleiten, weil das geht überhaupt NICHT!! Even after repeated requests to return the unjustifiably collected money (due to closure due to Corona), there was no response from the owner. It is best not to join this fitness center at all and save yourself such annoyances. I will now forward this case to the Chamber of Labor, because that is NOT possible at all !!
T	Tina Posch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Training dort is super aber ich hatte die Gelegenheit mal 1 Woche zum Probetraining dort und kaum dort angekommen wurde ich von einer Dame an der Rezeption(vermutlich die Chefin) dazu gedrungen danach auch unbedingt eine Mitgliedschaft einzugehen zu müssen obwohl ich noch nicht einmal zur Probe trainiert habe. So gewinnt man halt auch keine Neukunden! The training there is great, but I had the opportunity to do a trial training session there for 1 week and as soon as I got there I was urged by a lady at the reception (probably the boss) to have to become a member afterwards, even though I didn't even try it out have trained. That's not how you win new customers!
