Mir war von Anfang an persönliche Betreuung wichtig, da ich zuvor noch nie in einem Fitnessstudio angemeldet war und nicht wusste was auf mich zukommt. Bereits beim Beratungsgespräch zu Beginn wurde mir klar, dass Markus und das gesamte Team auf persönliche Betreuung sehr viel Wert legen und fühlte mich sofort wohl. Seit Juli 2019 besuche ich regelmäßig die angebotenen Kurse (HIIT, Prama, usw.). Diese sind sehr abwechslungsreich und machen viel Spaß, da man gemeinsam mit anderen trainiert. Aber auch die Trainingsfläche ist mit modernsten Geräten ausgestattet, die ein gezieltes Training ermöglichen. Was mir weiters sehr gut gefällt ist, dass die Trainer bei den verschiedenen Übungen an den Geräten und in den Kursen auf eine richtige Ausführung achten und Defizite offen angesprochen werden. So kann es sein, dass bei Übungen die in den Kursen überhaupt nicht klappen sogar Einzeltraining angesagt ist. Die Sportbox ist für mich mehr als "nur" ein Fitnessstudio. Hier geht es um ganzheitliche Fitness und Gesundheit, denn es werden auch Themen wie zBsp. die richtige Ernährung besprochen. Rückblickend war die Anmeldung in der Sportbox eine sehr gute Entscheidung. In diesem Sinne ein herzliches Danke an das gesamte Sportbox-Team. I have been an active member of the sports box since June 2019 and I am absolutely thrilled. Personal care was important to me from the start, since I had never been registered in a gym before and didn't know what was going to happen to me. At the beginning of the consultation, it became clear to me that Markus and the entire team placed great value on personal support and immediately felt at home. Since July 2019 I have been attending the courses on offer (HIIT, Prama, etc.) on a regular basis. These are very varied and a lot of fun because you train together with others. But the training area is also equipped with the latest equipment that enables targeted training. What I also like very much is that the trainers pay attention to correct execution of the various exercises on the equipment and in the courses and that deficits are addressed openly. So it can be the case that exercises that do not work at all in the courses even require individual training. For me, the sports box is more than "just" a gym. This is about holistic fitness and health, because topics such as ex. discussed the right diet. In retrospect, registering in the sports box was a very good decision. In this sense, a big thank you to the entire sports boxing team.
