Der Händler wollte über eine Reparatur überhaupt nicht sprechen. Ware zurück und fertig. Der Mantel hätte in solch einem Zustand gar nicht verschickt werden dürfen!!!! Die ganze Freude war auf einmal weg. Damit war ich nicht einverstanden und habe auf der Homepage der Fa. Sportalm angefragt ob eine Reparatur möglich wäre. Man hat mich gebeten den Mantel zu Reparatur nach Kitzbühel zu schicken. Weil die Reparatur nicht möglich war, wurde der Mantel ausgetauscht und uns nach Hause zugeschickt. Wie man sieht, schreibt das Leben die schönsten Geschichten. Die Serviceabteilung von Sportalm hat nicht nur die schlechte Arbeit des Händlers, sondern den eigenen perfekten Ruf verteidigt. Jeder Mitarbeiter dieses Unternehmens ist ein Stern?, der durch die tägliche Arbeit den höchsten Qualität - Anforderungen gerecht wird. Was besonders wichtig ist, die Menschlichkeit bleibt nicht auf der Strecke, sondern ganz wichtige Rolle spielt. Die nicht alltägliche Haltung verdient die größte Anerkennung und die maximale Bewertung in Form von 5 Sternen ????? Danke Sportalm! My wife bought a transition coat from Sportalm on the Internet. Now the coat has been damaged. The dealer didn't want to talk about a repair at all. Goods back and done. The coat shouldn't have been sent in such a condition !!!! All of the joy was suddenly gone. I did not agree with that and asked on the Sportalm homepage whether a repair would be possible. I was asked to send the coat to Kitzbühel for repairs. Because the repair was not possible, the coat was replaced and sent to us at home. As you can see, life writes the most beautiful stories. Sportalm's service department has not only defended the dealer's bad work, but also its own perfect reputation. Every employee of this company is a star? who meets the highest quality requirements through daily work. What is particularly important is that humanity does not fall by the wayside, it plays a very important role. Wer hier einkauft, muss Tiere wirklich sehr hassen oder einfach total abgestumpft sein... It's unbelievable that there are still companies that consider it reasonable to use real fur. Tiere leiden unter den Qualen der Zucht, der Ausbeutung und müssen letztendlich für den noch so kleinen Pelz an der Kleidung ihr Leben lassen. In unser heutigen Gesellschaft und Fortschritt, ein absolutes NoGo. #govegan Real fur is still used and sold here. Animals suffer from the torments of breeding and exploitation and ultimately have to give their lives for even the smallest fur on their clothing.
