Bei Nachfrage keine ordentliche Antwort bekommen. The accessory store is good, but the workshop is impossible. Bike handed in and got back the next day with the same problems and still paid 20 €. Didn't get a proper answer when asked.

Uns wurde bei Vermietung zuerst gesagt, bucht erst mal für die maximale Anzahl der Tage. Die Tage, die ihr nicht braucht, bekommt ihr erstattet. Bei Rückgabe hieß es dann, sorry, wir haben Euch so einen guten Preis gemacht, da können wir nur die nicht benötigte Versicherung erstatten. Ein Blick auf die Preistafel verriet, dass wir überhaupt kein Angebot bekommen, sondern den ganz normalen Preis bezahlt haben. Nach einigen hin und her haben wir dann doch die nicht benötigten Tage zurück bekommen. Das gab kein gutes Gefühl. Well-stocked shop with great bikes. You just have to be careful not to get ripped off. We were first told when renting out, first book for the maximum number of days. You will be reimbursed for the days that you do not need. When we returned it was said, sorry, we have given you such a good price that we can only reimburse the insurance that is not required. A look at the price table revealed that we didn't get an offer at all, but paid the normal price. After some back and forth, we got the days that we didn't need back. That didn't make a good feeling.
F	Florian Stimpfl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatte bereits vor Anreise telefonischen Kontakt um ein Rad zu reservieren. Dieser Kontakt war schon sehr freundlich und kompetent. Als wir dann aufgrund des Wetters das Rad einen Tag früher zurückgeben wollten, war dies überhaupt kein Problem und wir bekamen die gesamte, bereits bezahlte Leihgebühr für diesen Tag retour. Super Team, tolle Räder. Gerne wieder. Already had contact by phone before arrival to reserve a bike. This contact was very friendly and competent. When we wanted to return the bike a day earlier due to the weather, this was no problem at all and we got the entire rental fee that had already been paid for that day back. Great team, great bikes. S	Sebastian Lackner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ski Service ist nicht zu empfehlen. Habe meine Ski dort abgegeben, das Service wurde auch gemacht, der Belag hatte wieder eine Struktur. Nur habe ich vor der Abgabe mit dem Mitarbeiter gesprochen und gesagt dass der Belag bereits etwas uneben ist und er eventuell mehr abschleifen muss. Passiert ist dass natürlich nicht. Das Service hat somit nicht wirklich Sinn gehabt. Hab schon einige weitaus kompetentere Servicewerkstätten erlebt, die mehr Bemühungen zeigen. Ski service is not recommended. I handed in my skis there, the service was also done, the surface had a structure again. I just spoke to the employee before handing it in and said that the surface was already a bit uneven and that he might have to sand down more. Of course that didn't happen. So the service didn't really make sense. Have seen some far more competent service workshops that show more effort.
S	Stephan N. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servus, Ich hatte heute ein Scott E-MTB zum leihen, Bei der Proberunde mit dem Bike viel auf das es vorne und hinten quietscht, anstatt das ich ein anderes Bike bekomme heißt es bitte warten sie kurz, nach 15 Minuten war das Bike einsatzbereit. Was für mich wichtig zu erwähnen ist, ich habe das Bike um 13 Uhr geliehen Rückgabe war um spätestens 17Uhr und ich habe dennoch den vollen Tagespreis(mit Helm 55€) gezahlt. Also hat mich die 15Minuten Wartezeit gestört da sie von meiner Fahrzeit abging. Dann am Berg quietscht das Fahrzeug weiter aber funktioniert. Bis auf ein paar tolle Bilder hatte ich leider keinen Spaß mit dem Bike! Bei der Abfahrt dann die Katastrophe, die Hintere Bremse fühlt sich an als würde der Seilzug zittern oder Luftblasen in der Bremshydraulik sein, ich weiß es leider nicht es quietscht die Bremswirkung war einfach nicht richtig da, vorne quietschte es immernoch allerdings leiser. Auf Erklärung danach hatte der Abnehmer des Bikes augenscheinlich wenig Interesse. Ein Entschuldigung war für mich das mindeste das gab es leider auch nicht. Danach fragte ich nach ob ich einen Teil der Leihgebühr zurück bekommen würde, darauf hieß es das machen wir generell nicht. Für mich einmal und nie wieder! Ich hoffe der Laden verbessert seine Servicequalität! Apparently the buyer of the bike was not interested in the explanation afterwards. An apology for me was the least that unfortunately didn't exist either. After that I asked if I would get part of the rental fee back, then it was said that we generally do not do that. For me once and never again! I hope the store improves the quality of its service!

P	Pahonrat Khamlaksana on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shop downstairs is okay people are nice. But the bike workshop is terrible. I purchased the KTM disc rotors, and ask the workshop to change it. They charge 20 euro for the disc rotors installation, but keep the new centerlock caps that come with the package for themselves but put the old ones for my bike. I noticed it again in the next day that I take the bike for a ride when I already arrived home in Vienna. Also the price that they show on the package very tricky, it is the price tag is excluding VAT, it added a lot more when I go to pay.
