Wir waren bei Sport Kessler mega enttäuscht worden, weil man uns keinen Helm zusätzlich zu einem Klettersteigset einzeln geben wollte (wir hatten den von meiner Frau vergessen). Hier alles kein Problem und die Verkäuferin hat uns die Sachen sogar zur Abholung in Riezlern mitgebracht, so mussten wir nicht extra morgens nach Mittelberg und wieder zurück - echter Kundenservice! Da kommt man gerne wieder und empfiehlt Sport Hilbrand gerne weiter! Great business, nice staff and service! Nice that there is now a branch in Riezlern. At Sport Kessler we were mega disappointed because they didn't want to give us a helmet in addition to a via ferrata set (we had forgotten my wife's). No problem here and the saleswoman even brought the things for us to pick up in Riezlern, so we didn't have to go to Mittelberg and back in the morning - real customer service! People love to come back and recommend Sport Hilbrand to others!

Anstatt das Geld für das E-Bike zurückzugeben oder sich zumindest dafür zu entschuldigen, wurde der Mitarbeiter aggressiv, verwieß uns den Laden und war überhaupt nicht einsichtig. So geht man nicht mit seinen Kunden um. We borrowed e-bikes, one of which did not work properly (battery defective). Instead of giving back the money for the e-bike or at least apologizing for it, the employee became aggressive, rejected us from the shop and was completely incapable of understanding. That's not how you treat your customers.

Die Beratung war sehr gut und man hatte nicht das Gefühl das sie einen etwas ausquatschen will sondern selber hinter dem Produkt steht. Ich komm gerne wieder in die Filiale nach Riezlern The branch in Riezlern has a great quality selection that is also sold by the super attentive and friendly saleswoman. The advice was very good and you didn't have the feeling that she wanted to talk to you about something, but was behind the product yourself. I would like to come back to the branch in Riezlern
