★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Von der Josef Franz Hütte über den Geisbühel ist man in 20 Minuten auch schon wieder beim Gipfelkreuz angekommen! Jedoch sind die letzten Meter nicht ganz so einfach da es sehr felsig und auch teilweise sehr steil runter geht. Vor allem im Winter bei Schnee doch mehr als kritisch. Daher unbedingt gutes Schuhwerk, Wanderstöcke und Trittsicherheit.
From the Josef Franz Hütte via the Geisbühel you can get back to the summit cross in 20 minutes! However, the last few meters are not that easy as it is very rocky and sometimes very steep. Especially in winter when there is snow, it is more than critical. Therefore, it is essential to have good shoes, walking sticks and surefootedness.
