Ein Beispiel dafür, dass der kleine Fachhandel unschlagbar besser ist als die Großen "Bei-mir-kriegst-du-alles-Läden-aber-such-selber-und-ohne-Beratung". Vielleicht etwas teurer aber der Service zählt. Ich hab mich sehr gut Aufgehoben gefühlt. Very good advice. An example of the fact that the small retailer is unbeatably better than the big ones "Bei-mir-kriegst-you-all-shops-but-seek-yourself-and-without-advice". Maybe a bit more expensive but the service counts. I felt very well lifted.

Die Beratung ist sehr ehrlich und fundiert und die Auswahl lässt nicht zu wünschen übrig. Hier gibt es trendiges, aber auch altbewährtes. Unsere Tochter liebt das Geschäft. Mr. Thurner always takes time for his small and large customers. The advice is very honest and well-founded and the selection leaves nothing to be desired. There are trendy but also tried and tested items here. Our daughter loves business.

Nichts wird einem aufgeschwätzt, im Gegenteil: Das für das Kind wirklich passenden Spiel, passende Spielzeug steht bei der Beratung im Vordergrund. Da kommt kein Europark und schon gar kein Internet mit. Wie gut, daß es solche Geschäfte in Salzburg noch gibt! Nebenbei, man kann auch vor der Türe parken - ist ja auch ganz praktisch ;-) Huge selection, very good quality and the best advice - you won't get that anywhere else. Nothing is praised, on the contrary: the game that is right for the child, the right toy is the focus of the advice. There is no Europark and certainly no Internet. How good that such shops still exist in Salzburg! By the way, you can also park in front of the door - it's also very practical ;-)

Der Grund ist nach eigenen Angaben, dass er (zur Geschäftszeit) im Büro sitzt und "zu tun" hat. Er meint, ich solle doch einfach kommen und selbst sehen, ob der Artikel da ist. So großzügig wird also mit der Zeit der Kunden umgegangen... Wenigstens darf ich freundlicherweise nach der Mittagspause noch einmal anrufen, erhalte aber auch dann nur die vage Auskunft, das Produkt "müsste schon da sein". Im Geschäft sagt er mir dann wörtlich ins Gesicht, dass solche Anfragen "einfach nerven". Wenn jemand von Kunden so sehr genervt ist, wäre vielleicht ein Berufswechsel angebracht. Schade, dass so etwas im Einzelhandel passiert. Wenn das persönliche Beratung sein soll, verzichte ich gern darauf! The owner refuses to give information on the phone whether a product is in stock. The reason, according to his own statements, is that he is sitting in the office (during business hours) and "has to do". He says I should just come and see for myself whether the article is there. The customers' time is treated so generously ... At least I am allowed to call again after the lunch break, but then only get vague information that the product "should already be there". In the shop he then literally tells me to my face that such inquiries are "just annoying". If someone is so annoyed by customers, a career change might be appropriate. It's a shame that something like this happens in retail. If that is supposed to be personal advice, I would happily do without it!

Und war auch sehr freundlich zu meiner kleinen die in zugetextet hat. Immer wieder gerne. Very friendly and good advice! Despite the missing invoice, Mr Thurner exchanged the toy (excavator for dump truck) for me. And was also very friendly to my little one who texted him. Always my pleasure.

Bestens sortiert, hat Herr Thurner ein Gespür, was bei Kids in allen Altersklassen cool und ansagt ist. Von pädagogischen wertvollen Lernspielzeugen für die Kleinsten über die aktuellsten Lego und Playmobilmodelle bis zu den ausgefallenen Sammlerstücken der Carrera-Rennbahnen für die Väter findet hier sicher jeder Kunde etwas Passendes. Die aktuellsten Familienspiele für kalte Wintertage dürfen natürlich nicht fehlen. Und parken kann man direkt neben dem Geschäft. Absolut empfehlenswert ! This store has been my go-to place for toys for many years. Well sorted, Mr. Thurner has a feel for what is cool and trendy for kids of all ages. From educational valuable learning toys for the little ones to the latest Lego and Playmobil models to the unusual collectibles of the Carrera racetracks for the fathers, every customer is sure to find something suitable here. Of course, the latest family games for cold winter days should not be missing. And you can park right next to the shop. Highly Recommended !

M	Megan McIlvane on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience here. Brought my two kids in a stroller to this store to buy a gift. There were random boxes and garbage everywhere. It was hard to navigate through the store without bumping into something. I accidentally knocked over a bottle of wine that was on the floor (why was there a bottle of wine on the floor in a children’s toy store?) and the worker very rudely yelled at me. I live very close by and spend hundreds of euros on toys for my children and their friends each year but I will not be giving this business any of my money in the future. I’d rather drive to a place further away that is more organized that makes mothers with children feel welcome. This store just lost a very lucrative customer.
